Duly accomplished proxy forms and voting instructions must be submitted on or before April 8, 2025, to the Office of the Corporate Secretary at the 37th Floor, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Paseo de Roxas cor. Makati Avenue, Makati City, or via email at corporatesecretary@globe.com.ph. Proxy validation is scheduled for April 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
