Globe Telecom, Inc. announces Annual Stockholders' Meeting on April 22, 2025

Globe Telecom, Inc. has scheduled its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on April 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually via https://conveneagm.com/ph/2025GLOBEASM, and stockholders will only be able to participate by remote communication. 

Duly accomplished proxy forms and voting instructions must be submitted on or before April 8, 2025, to the Office of the Corporate Secretary at the 37th Floor, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Paseo de Roxas cor. Makati Avenue, Makati City, or via email at [email protected]. Proxy validation is scheduled for April 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
