P3.4-M worth of shabu seized Manila drug sting

Three men listed under the Manila Police District's (MPD) High-Value Individuals (HVI) were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Sampaloc, Manila.

Police said the suspects, identified as aliases "Tisoy," "Moy-Moy," and "JM," were all known drug pushers and HVIs.

Authorities seized from them around 500 grams of shabu valued at P3.4 million.

The operation was conducted on Friday, March 14, by the MPD Sampaloc Police Station (PS-4) Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU).

They are now facing charges under Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Authorities also confiscated a Honda PCX motorcycle, worth a substantial amount, which was used by the suspects for their drug transactions
