A fire broke out at a commercial building on Soler corner Florentino Torres, Sta. Cruz, Manila on Friday night, Feb. 21.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fire started at 7:38 p.m. and escalated to the second alarm at 7:59 p.m.
BFP placed the fire under control at around 10:02 p.m.
Firefighters are still working to extinguish the blaze.
