Agents of the Philippine Druf Enforcement Agency (PDEA) confiscated around P12.2 million worth of fully grown marijuana plants and dried marijuana leaves during the eradication operation in four different plantation sites in Kibungan, Benguet.
In a statement, PDEA said the seized marijuana items were destroyed on site during the operation from Feb. 17 to 20.
It said the operation in the four plantation locations resulted in the discovery and burning of 34,000 fully grown marijuana plants and 45,000 grams in Sito Dalipey, Barangay Tacadang.
