The Caloocan City government will celebrate its 63rd city-hood anniversary for the whole month of February.
The celebration kicked off with a concert last Jan. 28.

There will be community-based medical missions and free health services, Kasalang Bayan, and ballroom dancing event for senior citizens.
“Libo-libong mga taga-Caloocan muli ang makakatanggap ng libreng serbisyo medikal mula sa mga ospital ng lungsod, kasabay pa ng mga nakatakdang community-based health services. Matutulungan din natin ang mga lokal na negosyo sa pamamagitan ng Grand Bazaar. Magkakaroon din po tayo ng dalawang Mega Job Fair para sa North at South. Kasabay pa nito ang mga mga Grand Motorcade sa North at South, Family Day, ang inaabangang Miss Caloocan 2025, at iba pang kasiyahan (Thousands of Caloocans will once again receive free medical services from city hospitals, along with scheduled community-based health services. We can also help local businesses through the Grand Bazaar. We will also have two Mega Job Fairs for North and South. Along with this, the Grand Motorcades in the North and South, Family Day, the anticipated Miss Caloocan 2025, and other festivities),” Mayor Dale “Along” Malapitan said.
Meanwhile, economic, livelihood, and tourism-boosting programs were also organized, including the month-long Grand Bazaar for local businesses, two Mega Job Fairs, and the much-anticipated Miss Caloocan 2025.
“Abangan pa po ninyo ang iba pang mga surpresa na inihanda ng pamahalaang lungsod para sa inyo. Dagdag po sa sayang hatid ng ating selebrasyon, tinutukan din po natin ngayong taon ang mas malawakang pagbibigay ng libreng serbisyo sa ating mga kababayan, kaya naman sana po lahat kayo ay makinabang sa iba pang aktibidad na nakahanda para sa inyo (Look out for other surprises that the city government has prepared for you. In addition to the joy brought by our celebration, this year we are also focusing on providing more free services to our countrymen, so I hope you will all benefit from the other activities that are prepared for you),” he added.
All activities will be open to all residents of the city.
