In the case of the BFP personnel, there were two casualties in 2024, while no reported casualties were recorded.

The BFP added that the total of 768 fire incidents in the mercantile occupancies in 2024 were lower than the record of 832 in the same period of 2023, while the 385 fire occurrences in the industrial areas last year were also down from the 450 incidents from the previous year.
