The Las Piñas City government announced that the business permit renewal in the city has been extended up to Jan. 31 to give business owners not able to adhere to the Jan. 20 deadline to renew their respective permits.

Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the extension of business permit renewal was based on the City Resolution No. 4411-25.

She said the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) will not impose any penalties, interest, and surcharge for business owners who will be renewing their permit.

The BPLO initially set the deadline of business permit renewal on Jan. 20, however, due to number of businesses who have not yet renewed their permit and continue to visit Robinsons Place, Las Piñas, the extension was made.

The mayor said the mall serves business owners from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the assessment and payment of the permits to avoid overcrowding at the city hall.

She added that the releasing of business permits will be held at the Las Piñas City Hall.
