Steel worker arrested for acts of lasciviousness in Las Piñas City

A steel worker tagged as the Top 3 most wanted person by the Las Piñas City Police was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 1, at his residence for acts of lasciviousness.

Las Piñas City Police chief Col. Sandro Tafalla identified the suspect as alias “Ruchard,” 36. He was arrested at around 4:40 p.m. at Santa Rita Compound in Barangay Talon Uno, Las Piñas City.

Tafalla said the suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Nerina C.N. Anastacio Mendinueto of the Las Piñas City Regional Trial Court Branch 202 with a recommended bail of P200,000.

Ruchard is currently detained at the Las Piñas City Police custodial facility after his arrest.
