CapCut is such a standout app. I’ve seen peers use it to edit their videos, especially short-form ones they will upload on their platforms. Lots of other people use CapCut. It is a powerful tool, the paid version even more so.
So, of course, Meta wants a piece of the cake, and a longstanding tradition of theirs is to make their own version of whatever popular app/feature there is.
The app is available on iOS and Android.
If you’re familiar with CapCut, Edits works very similarly. Meta will be rolling out other features, such as keyframes, in future updates.
