Avida Land is reshaping how Filipinos experience and aspire toward home ownership—most recently through “Bespoke: A Collection of Inspired Spaces,” an immersive lifestyle exhibition held at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City in March 2025. Think of it as a walk-through daydream: Immersive rooms, curated vignettes, interactive installations that brought the Avida lifestyle to life.

The event wasn’t your typical realestate showcase. It was a celebration of the many ways Filipinos live today—from city dwellers and weekenders to young professionals, pet parents, and growing families.

Avida Land President Raquel Cruz opened the event with a message that captured the company’s vision for creating modern, future-ready communities tailored to today’s homeowners. “We celebrate various interpretations of living spaces, both condos and house-and-lots, that resonate with the changing preferences and values of our modern customers. At Avida, we recognize the shift in societal norms,” Cruz said.

She continued, “There are a lot ofvarying preferences for our own homes. I think everyone is very aware that it has to move toward a more sustainable lifestyle. We introduce you to a space that embodies modern living, all while embracing the aspirations and preferences of diverse customers from various backgrounds.”

Throughout the exhibit, spaces inspired by Avida’s latest developments—Avida Towers Makati Southpoint, Sentria Storeys Vermosa, Serin Terraces Tagaytay, and Crescela Nuvali—invited guests to pause, play, and picture life in these homes. There were cozy corners for self-care, work-from-home setups with plenty of light, and even thoughtful touches for four-legged friends.

The creative minds behind the experience came together through exceptional collaborations: fashion designer Vania Romoff with IDr. Rossy Anne Rojales, photographer Shaira Luna with Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) President IDr. Paolo Castro, and TV host Kelly Misa with PIID Vice President IDr. Cyndi Fernandez Beltran. Each one brought their own interpretation of what “home” looks and feels like in today’s world.

Shaping lives
Of course, the event was only the beginning. Avida also launched a new wave of thoughtfully designed communities across Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, and Tagaytay—with a total investment of ₱7.8 billion.

In Makati, Avida Towers Makati Southpoint provides an address of convenience and prestige for young professionals. With 95 percent of Tower 1 and 70 percent of Tower 2 already sold, its strong market response is a clear indicator of demand for urban-ready, investment-worthy homes. Thoughtfully designed coworking areas, wellness amenities, and family-friendly features support both productivity and relaxation.

Down south in Cavite, Sentria Storeys Vermosa offers a balanced lifestyle in a mid-rise format. Set within the 700-hectare Vermosa estate, it’s perfect for those who crave open space, modern comfort, and access to key urban centers. Units priced between ₱5.7 million and ₱8.5 million make it an attractive option for both first-time buyers and second-home seekers.

Meanwhile, Crescela Nuvali stands as the 11th addition to Avida’s presence in Ayala Land’s eco-city. Starting at ₱48,000 per sqm, the project continues the brand’s legacy of fostering community-oriented neighborhoods with green sensibilities—from landscaped parks to solar-powered lighting and eco-efficient home features.

For weekenders and second-homedreamers, Serin Terraces Tagaytay brings Avida’s first townhome concept to the cool, elevated landscape of Tagaytay. Prices start at ₱12.1 million, but the real value lies in its nature-inspired environment and vacation-style amenities—perfect for recharging without leaving the comforts of modern living behind.

Conscious choices
Sustainability is no afterthought in Avida’s blueprint. Every community is designed with long-term livability in mind—from solar-powered streetlights and energy-saving systems to the Eco Yard initiative, which incorporates materials recovery facilities, composting areas, and native plant nurseries to support waste reduction and eco-conscious landscaping.

As Avida moves closer to its 35th year, it’s clear the brand isn’t just building homes—it’s creating spaces that reflect how Filipinos want to live now, and in the years to come. With every new launch and lifestyle showcase, Avida Land continues to be a brand that not only keeps up with the times—but stays a step ahead.
