The Las Piñas City government announced that Malacañang has declared March 27 a special non-working day in the city as it celebrates its 118th founding and 28th cityhood anniversaries.
Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the declaration was made by Malacanang through Proclamation 815 which was signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin to give Las Piñeros the opportunity to join in the celebrations.
She said the city government is already preparing various activities for the double celebrations.
