A neat and clean environment is our priority here in Malabon. This is not only for nature, but also for the health and well-being of every Malabueno. So at the same time as we continue to clean the waterways and roads, we promote the heroism of each community to carry out and continue our desire)," City Administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete said.
