Manila DPS starts collecting trash left at the Quirino Grandstand


The Manila Department of Public Service (Manila DPS) has started collecting the trash left by devotees at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila on Thursday, Jan. 9.

The Manila DPS immediately conducted the cleanup after the Andas of Jesus Nazareno left the Quirino Grandstand at around 4:41 a.m.

As of 5:13 a.m., it said that only one garbage truck was full out of six trucks roaming around the area.

The trash collected will be brought to Pier 18 in Tondo, Manila.
