The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has issued a cease-and-desist order (CDO) against Fontana Development Corporation (FDC) and Fontana Resort and Country Club, Inc. (FRCCI).
In a Facebook post, CDC said the order immediately halted all operations within the leased area, including a 52-hectare property currently managed by Korea Country Club, Inc. (KCCI).
The CDC said its decision comes in response to a series of violations committed by FDC, including failure to meet financial obligations and a lack of compliance with the Lease Agreement and essential safety regulations, such as the Fire Code and National Building Code.
FDC and FRCCI have been directed to address their outstanding obligations.
