In less than 20 minutes, a taxpayer successfully obtained their business permit. Our application and renewal process, including payment, is now online at https://online.navotas.gov.ph),” he said.

As long as all requirements are complete, the electronic copy of the permit will be sent directly to your email address),” Tiangco added.

He also reminded business owners to file their applications or renewals before the Jan. 20 deadline to avoid delays and penalties.

The city government provides in-person assistance for business owners without access to gadgets or the internet, ensuring inclusivity and equal access to the system.

The online platform is designed for fast, user-friendly transactions and incorporates essential certificates and clearances, such as fire safety and sanitary inspection certificates, simplifying the entire process.

Additionally, taxpayers can conveniently pay their fees through various channels, including bank transfers, GCash, and PisoPay.

If you have any questions, simply text JRT or visit our Business One-Stop Shop for assistance),” he said.

Navotas City received the Seal of Electronic Business One-Stop-Shop (E-BOSS) compliance from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) in October 2024, recognizing its commitment to developing digital systems and simplifying processes for taxpayers.
