Behold, the AirPods 4.
I know, I know, I’m trying to find anything that looks different about it. I’m sure there are some that I’m missing. But most of them are probably inside.
I had a one paragraph write up on this prepared, citing that, it’s just AirPods. It probably looks the same, which I was right. Better sounds? Definitely. ANC? Come on. It’s about time.
Now, I may be an iPhone and a MacBook user, but I am no AirPods user, so bash away.
However, it should be noted, and this is important: there are two AirPods 4 models. Only the second version has ANC. The first one doesn’t get ANC.
Apple also mentioned AirPods Max, which they did not dwell on for long. They just said it’s been updated. Okay. I guess.
We do not get an AirPods Pro 3. Instead, we get updates on the AirPods Pro 2, which includes hearing health. Apparently, you can now have your hearing tests with your iPhone and AirPods Pro 2, so you don’t have to go to the doctor.
Apple is also boasting you will be able to use your AirPods Pro 2 now as a professional grade hearing aid, which is quite interesting, if this comes to the Philippines.
