To many people, beauty CEO Anna Magkawas is this super-accomplished woman who has steered her company, the Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group, to the top of the game in just a few years with her smarts and hard work.

However, in a recent program launching Season 4 of her "Negosyo Goals" show on GTV, Anna - or Miss A - admitted she's also vulnerable to mental struggles as an entrepreneur.

(While other people think the business is doing well, we are fighting a few behind-the-scenespain points.)

(In my field, what people just see is how we are selling and doing well, but in truth, we are dealing with so many struggles, like worrying about how our products are faring in the market. I get anxiety attacks when the inventory is not moving and we think about what strategy to implement.)

Anna said being the host of "Negosyo Goals" enables her to connect with, and learn from, the insights of fellow business people that she features on the show.

(I am able to extract the strength of spirit from other entrepreneurs and get ideas from them. It helps me because I get to realize that I am not the only one struggling in the world.)

With the start of Season 4 of "Negosyo Goals"  comes a new format. Anna is happy that she will be joined by a coterie of co-hosts who will help her spread the gospel of starting and sustaining a business in the Philippines.

The new faces in the show are: Aian Gunazon, Euge Mabbayad, Rod Matinong, and Jenna Samson of Global Dominion Financing;  the country's youngest CEO Kryzl Jorge of Purple Hearts; Jose Paolo Lagasca Gloria a.k.a. Boss Senpai of the Motherbase Toys and Collectibles; Kristine Andaya of Kanna Beauty; and Illumina Beauty & Wellness Center.

The show's producer, Ivy Ataya of Maker's Mind Productions, expressed excitement about the new format because it only means an expanded resource base for those who want to learn more about entrepreneurship and its dynamics.

"Our co-hosts bring a wealth of experience to the table, and we hope we can offer viewers an even richer and more diverse range of knowledge and experience," Ivy stated.

This early, Ivy is prepping for as far as Season 8. She elaborated: "Ngayon pa lang, Season 5 to  Season 6  hanggang Season 8, syempre gusto namin magtuloy-tuloy. Our wish is that sana one day hindi na kami ang lalapit sa sponsors.
