50-year-old woman nabbed for shabu in Muntinlupa

The Muntinlupa Police arrested a woman, tagged as a high value individual, during a search warrant operation on Sept. 4.

Southern Police District (SPD) chief Brig. Gen. Leon Victor Rosete identified the suspect as alias Janette, 50, who was arrested by the Muntinlupa Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit at about 6 a.m. in Barangay Poblacion.

The search warrant was issued by Executive Judge Myra Quiambao of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court.

During the operation, the police discovered nine plastic sachets containing 50 grams of suspected shabu worth P340,000.

The suspect will face a complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
