A fire damaged an apartment in a private subdivision in Barangay Tunasan in Muntinlupa on Oct. 1.
According to the Muntinlupa City Fire Station, the fire broke out at 10 a.m. from a three-storey apartment on St. Mary Street, Phase 2 in Sto. Niño Village.

The first alarm was raised at 10:02 a.m. before the fire was put out at 10:21 a.m..
Investigators estimated that the fire damaged P800,000 worth of properties, affecting one family with five members.
The fire started from a bedroom on the second floor. The fire station is investigating the cause of the fire.
A total of 13 fire trucks, four ambulances and a rescue vehicle responded to the incident.
