Hearings conducted inside the building were temporarily halted while members of the bomb squad investigated the incident.
According to authorities, building officials received the alleged bomb threat via email at around 8:45 a.m.
The email stated that the building would explode at 9 a.m. and that the premises needed to be evacuated immediately.
The assessment lasted 15 to 20 minutes until the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) K9 declared the building clear and safe after which the employees and clients were allowed to re-enter.
Authorities are now coordinating with the anti-cybercrime unit to locate the sender of the email.
Continuous monitoring will be conducted while EOD personnel remained in the area.
Officials reminded everyone to refrain from making bomb jokes as these are punishable by law.
