In his recent meetings this week, Angara discussed potential partnerships to enhance learning delivery in Senior High School (SHS) and provide free primary healthcare to ensure that students can thrive both academically and in health.

On Thursday, Sept. 26, Angara met with the Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI) to explore partnerships aimed at improving learning delivery in basic education through animation.

Citing ACPI, DepEd noted that exposure to animation can significantly boost engagement, retention, and creativity among both learners and adults.

Angara welcomed ACPI's insights and recommendations for basic education, emphasizing their potential to assist DepEd in developing learning materials and enhancing animation, especially within the Arts and Design track in senior high school.

On Sept. 25, Angara discussed providing free primary healthcare to public school children, teachers, and school personnel during a meeting with the Executive Team of LABX Asia and the LiFe Team.

During the meeting at the DepEd Central Office, Angara emphasized the significance of the health program in remote areas—especially in island and mountain schools—to prevent learning disruptions caused by health issues.
