The Malabon City government deployed six vehicles to ferry stranded Malabueños affected by the two-day transport strike from Monday, September 23, to Tuesday, September 24.

According to Malabon Public Safety and Traffic Management (PSTMO) Office-in-Charge Ret. Col. Reynaldo Medina, two two trucks, a bus, a L300 van, and two Travis vans will immediately be sent to the affected areas.
Medina said that as of 8:50 a.m., there were no reports of affected commuters in the city.

Nagpapasalamat din ang pamahalaang lungsod sa mga grupong pinili na hindi na sumali sa transport strike na ito dahil ito ay mas makakatulong sa paghatid sa mga Malabueño at sa maayos na daloy ng trapiko, maging sa kaligtasan ng mga manlalakbay sa lungsod (Always ready! That's why we have again prepared vehicles that will help bring passengers to their destinations for free. The city government is also grateful to the groups that chose not to participate in this transport strike because it will help more in the transportation of Malabueños and in the smooth flow of traffic, even for the safety of travelers in the city),” City Administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete said.
Groups of electronic jeepneys, tricycle drivers, and operators will continue their operations during the transport strike.
