The One Dish Wonders live station at the buffet allows chefs to prepare and serve tasting plates Ă  la minute, supporting Marriott International's Serve 360 sustainability goals.

Salad symphony

For a lighter meal, try the Salad Symphony available Monday through Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Guests can build their own salad with unlimited servings of greens, toppings, proteins, dips, and antipasti, or make a single serving for takeout.
