Work hours in all government offices in Parañaque on the said date will be until 3 p.m. only pursuant to Proclamation No. 60 (s 1992) declaring the fourth Monday of every September as “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.”

In observance to the 32nd National Family Week, Malacañang issued Memorandum Circular No. 64 on September 12 declaring that work in government offices shall be suspended on September 23 at 3 p.m.
