In an unprecedented achievement for Chinese women and a remarkable moment in global pageantry, Jessie Zou has been crowned Miss Charity International 2024.

The prestigious title, awarded at the international competition held in the Philippines recently, marks Zou as the first Chinese woman to win this honor and the first Chinese contestant to secure a global pageant crown in 2024.

Zou’s advocacy for women’s independence has been a key aspect of her campaign. She is well-positioned to leverage her new title to further her mission.

One of her major plans includes participating in international fashion shows. In addition to her involvement in fashion, Jessie Zou plans to conduct more charity work in both China and the Philippines.

The Philippines holds a special place in her heart, as it was the site of her pageant victory and has become a “home away from home” for her.

Zou intends to strengthen her connections with both countries by engaging in charitable projects, addressing local needs, and fostering international solidarity.
