It was also attended by Omega Healthcare Philippines country manager Santosh Kesari, together with Philippine operations dedicated leaders and employees from Manila and Cebu.

The Omega Global Awards is a prestigious, most-awaited annual event for the entire organization held across three countries: the United States, India, and the Philippines. It celebrates the accomplishments of team members and leaders, recognizing their diverse contributions across various functions and regions.

“At Omega Healthcare, we believe acknowledging and rewarding our employees is essential for creating a positive working environment,” said Kesari. “Initiatives like the Omega Global Awards foster a culture of recognition and appreciation for our employees' hard work. This encourages them to perform at their best, empowering them to innovate, collaborate, and contribute to the organization’s success.”

During the event, the company honored 30 Star Annual Awardees from its Manila and Cebu operations for their consistent excellence across all levels and functions. Among them were 10 Star Team Lead Awardees, five Star Manager Awardees, and 10 Star Supporter Awardees, each receiving generous awards and recognition. Additionally, five Star Team Awardees were presented with plaques and awards.

Omega Healthcare also recognized five exceptional Filipino employees with the President’s Award, acknowledging their outstanding contributions to the company’s delivery, business growth, people transformation, and technology advancements.

“Since Omega Healthcare Philippines’ inception in 2013, we have consistently witnessed the dedication and commitment of our Filipino employees,” remarked Santosh. “They bring a diverse set of skills and unwavering dedication to their roles, which is why we believe in the potential of Filipino talent. These awards are a testament to their hard work. Their pursuit of excellence, innovation, and teamwork has set new standards for us. We are confident they will continue to surpass these standards in the years to come.”

Santosh also highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to Filipino talent, noting that as Omega Healthcare Philippines expands, it remains dedicated to harnessing local skills. The company is hiring over 200 employees each month, focusing on Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) with relevant specialty experience and one to two years in business process outsourcing (BPO).

Believing that employees are the heart and soul of the company, Omega Healthcare prioritizes investing in talent as a strategic goal. The Omega Global Awards is just one of many programs that foster holistic well-being and positive experiences for employees. These initiatives are designed to be inclusive and equitable, ensuring that all employees, regardless of role or department, have equal opportunities to be recognized.
