Construction worker wanted for raping PWD arrested in Rizal

Members of Cardona Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Rizal arrested on Friday, August 30, a construction worker accused of raping a person with disability (PWD) in 2010.

Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPOP) identified the suspect as “Sadam,” who was listed as the most wanted person in Rizal.

The suspect was collared without resistance in his house in Cardona, Rizal.

According to the police, the suspect is facing a case of qualified rape with no bail recommended, as he was one of the three suspects who sexually abused a PWD in October 2010.

The suspect is now under the custody of Cardona MPS for legal proceedings.
