Sandro Muhlach narrates sexual abuse ordeal under independent contractors

Despite struggling for words, actor Sandro Muhlach mustered the strength to narrate during a Senate panel hearing how he was molested and asked to use illegal drugs by his alleged abusers that allegedly took place on July 20 following the GMA Gala.

He disclosed more explicit details about the abuse he suffered allegedly under independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, in the continuation of the hearing of the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media chaired by Senator Robinhood Padilla.

He started by picking up where he left off during the last hearing that when he arrived at their hotel room, he was introduced by Nones to Cruz who was already drunk.

"Tumayo po si  Dode sa bed tapos pinakilala po ako ni Sir Jojo na: Si Sandro ito, anak ni Niño. Magaling na artista ito, magaling na kontrabida ito, ica-cast ko 'to soon. Ganun po yung usapan (Dode stood up from the bed and Sir Jojo introduced me: This is Sandro, Niño's son. He's a great actor and plays a great villain, and I'll be casting him soon)," Muhlach said.

After this he said that Nones handed him wine and made him drink. He then stated that Nones gave him a P500 bill before a white substance was brought out and placed on the table. According to Muhlach, Nones grounded the substance using the room's keycard.

“Tapos ayun po tinuruan po niya ako kung paano po gamitin ‘yung substance (After that, he taught me how to use the substance),” Muhlach said.

“Nauna po silang suminghot ni Dode Cruz, sila pong dalawa, then ako po ‘yung  pinasunod nila. Then after ilang minutes po, hinila nga po ako ni Sir Jojo sa kama then si Dode Cruz po tinanggal po ‘yung polo ko (He and Dode Cruz, sniffed it first before me. After a few minutes, Sir Jojo pulled me to the bed and Dode Cruz removed my polo),” Muhlach said.

It was at this point that Muhlach struggled to provide details of what happened next.

"Bigla po n’yang sinuck ‘yung nipples ko po parehos. Sobrang sakit po. Then si Sir Jojo po binaba po ‘yung pantalon ko, tapos Mr. chair, sobrang laswa po kasi (He suddenly sucked both of my nipples. It was really painful. Then Sir Jojo pulled my pants down, and then Mr. Chair, this is too obscene)," he said.

"It's okay, it's okay. We understand. They took turns?" Senate Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada said.

After Muhlach replied "yes" to his question, Estrada told him to stop there.

In response to this, Nones invoked his right against self-incrimination when confronted by Estrada with the allegations.

"I would like to invoke my right to self-incrimination since the case is already in the DOJ (Department of Justice), we will answer there and we cannot discuss details of the case," he said.

Muhlach has filed a rape complaint against the two independent contractors of GMA Network before the DOJ.
