The Pasay city government announced the implementation of road closures on September 8, 11, and 15 for the bar examinations to be held at the Manila Adventist Church.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said roads around the Manila Adventist Church starting from the stretch of San Juan at the corner of Donada and Leveriza Sts. will be closed starting at 3:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Rubiano advised motorists to avoid the area and instead take an alternative route in going to their destination.

She said a 24-hour liquor ban will be implemented on September 7, 10, and 14 starting at 10:00 p.m. for the conduct of the bar examination until the next day.

The mayor told establishments that are 500 meters around schools, including those areas to be closed, not to sell liquor during the mentioned time.

Rubiano said the city will also implement authorized personnel only that will prevent motorists from passing in the area except for city residents.

She said road construction will also be temporarily suspended starting midnight of the bar examination.
