The job fair was spearheaded by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) - City of Manila under Fernan Bermejo, in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) - National Capital Region and DOLE National Capital Region (NCR) - Manila Field Office.

The mayor said several applicants were hired on the spot. She congratulated them and vowed that the city government will continuously hold job fairs in every Kalinga sa Maynila forum that will be held in city barangays during Wednesdays.

She advised the jobseekers, who intend to attend the fair, to wear casual attire and bring at least 10 copies of resume.

They were also advised to bring their own ballpens and to follow the standard health protocols.
