Legal counsel of accused in Sandro Muhlach case: Allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event

Atty, Maggie Abraham-Garduque, legal counsel of embattled "GMA independent contractors," Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, has issued a statement relating to actor Sandro Muhlach's complaint against her clients.

She related how both are "deeply saddened by the serious allegations hurled against them."

She made clear "these allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event," and that they are  "to respond in a proper forum when we receive a copy of the formal complaint.”

With many seemingly only too eager to dip into the issue, she added, “We urge the public to respect the investigation being conducted on this case and we advise people who have no personal knowledge of the incident to refrain from posting baseless defamatory allegations and therefore unfairly subjecting both parties to publicity trial.”

Sandro is yet to open up on the issue.

He took to social media recently to repost GMA's statement about him having already filed a formal complaint against the two.

His dad, actor Niño Muhlach, kept mum as well when asked about the issue.

According to Niño, their legal team advised him not to give a statement “until a case has been filed.”

The whole issue exploded only days ago on social media following reports about two TV network executives supposedly molesting a young actor.
