The office of House Speaker Martin Romualdez and Tingog Party-list have once again demonstrated their commitment to "provide Filipinos with the best possible resources and facilities". 

This, after these offices facilitated the construction and subsequent unveiling of Eastern Samar State University's (ESSU) new criminology building. 

Tingog Party-list's two nominees in the House of Representatives are Reps. Yedda Marie Romualdez and Jude Acidre.  

Accoridng to Acidre, the launch ceremony is a testament to the university’s efforts in enhancing its educational infrastructure to further provide quality education to its students. 

“It is in line with Tingog’s commitment to providing access to quality education as we believe it is important to invest in our youth’s education to further improve society, especially those part of the justice system,” he said. 

“Our support for ESSU's criminology program reflects our dedication to fostering a safer and more just Philippines,” added the neophyte congressman. 

The new building, with its modern classrooms and facilities, will serve as a learning hub for criminology education and research, offering students a better learning environment to prepare them for the future. 

“We hope this new building could help strengthen the criminology program of ESSU to contribute to the development of competent professionals in the field of justice,” Acidre said. 

Acidre is a House deputy majority leader, while Rep. Rpmualdez is the chairperson of the House Committee on Accounts.
