Two persons yielded shabu valued at P5.1 million in Barangay Singcang-Airport – a 41-year-old man from Olongapo City and a long-time resident here and a 49-year-old man from Murcia, Negros Occidental.

They yielded 775 grams of shabu sourced outside the province of Negros Occidental.

Police Major Eugene Tolentino, head of Police Station 8, said that it took them years to monitor the younger suspect who was previously arrested for a drug offense.

The older suspect is a high-value individual and the younger suspect is a street-level individual.

Tolentino said that this is the biggest drug haul of the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) so far this month.

The following day, a 30-year-old man was caught in Barangay Tangub. Recovered from the suspect was 108 grams of shabu worth P714,000.
