The Batang Pier, led by head coach Bonnie Tan, held a feeding program along with Quezon City councilor Nanette Castelo – Daza at the JYC Covered Court, Tagupo street in Brgy. Tatalon.

Tatalon was one of the barangays in Quezon City that was affected by the flooding with some areas getting submerged to chest-deep floods.

A total of 500 persons or around 200 families benefited from the feeding program that was also attended by some of the Batang Piers players including new additions Jio Jalalon, Abu Tratter and Sidney Onwubere, and rookie Evan Nelle.

Also present were Joshua Munzon, Allyn Bulanadi, William Navarro, Paul Zamar, Fran Yu, Damie Cuntapay, John Amores, Cade Flores and Paolo Taha as well as NorthPort coaching and utility staff.

The players also spent time taking pictures and giving autographs to the residents.
