32 wanted persons fall in Cordillera

CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – Police arrested 32 wanted individuals in the Cordillera region from June 23 to 29.

The Police Regional Office-Cordillera said that the Baguio City Police Office caught 13, Benguet Police Provincial Office, 12; Mountain Province PPO, three; Kalinga PPO, two, and Ifugao PPO and Abra PPO, one each.

Six were most wanted persons, five on the municipal and one on the provincial levels.

No crimes were recorded in 56 municipalities – 23 in Abra, nine in Mountain Province, eight in Benguet, seven in Apayao, six in Ifugao, and three in Kalinga – and four police stations in Baguio City due to heightened police presence during the week.
