Magno, during the oathtaking ceremony for newly appointed and promoted MinDA staff at their office in Bajada here on Wednesday, July 17, emphasized the significance of upholding their oath of office as contributors to the institution delivering socio-economic change.

"Whatever good comes from these changes impacts our lives. Let this be a guide for all of you," Magno said.

MinDA welcomed 13 new staff to its workforce and promoted five staff members who also took their oaths  the same day.

He said the MinDA held a two-day comprehensive mid-year performance review and assessment across the agency, concentrating on plans and programs to accelerate progress in the second semester.

Magno added that these efforts target key areas – agriculture, business, climate change resilience, and investment preparedness in Mindanao.

He encouraged staff to bring their best selves to their work. Magno said that what they are doing in the agency is worthy of more than what is usually given, thus, they should give their 100 percent effort.
