John Estrada has finally issued a statement relating ongoing speculations about him and wife Priscilla Meirelles.
On Instagram Stories Tuesday, the actor admitted he and Priscilla have "mutually agreed to take a break for quite some time now."
He maintained there is "more to the story" but he is keeping it private because "the last thing I want to do is hurt the people I love."
He also cleared: "I am not in a relationship with Lily Hallman or any other woman for that matter."
John issued the statement after slamming "fake news" about him on social media.
It all started with Priscilla leaving a comment on a photo he posted as taken in Boracay.
It read "Looking very divorced, Mr. Estrada."
Prior, Priscilla named a certain Lily Hallman as John's companion in Boracay.
John and Priscilla tied the knot in 2011.
