BOC launches enhanced e-Travel System

The national government has created a more efficient and secure travel experience for all travelers and crew members through the launching of an enhanced e-Travel System.

In a statement, the BC-Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) said the enhanced system includes the generation of a single QR code for each passenger that covers the requirements of the Bureau of Customs, the Bureau of Immigration, the Department of Migrant Workers and the Department of Tourism.

"This allows for a more seamless clearance process, minimizing wait times, and reducing the need for multiple forms and checkpoints," the statement read.

"Another key feature is the seaport/cruise form, which simplifies and accelerates the registration process at seaports and cruise terminals, significantly providing convenience for all travelers," it added.
