6 PRO-13 police officers promoted to lieutenant colonels


CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – Six police personnel with the rank of major in the Police Regional Office-13 have been promoted to lieutenant colonel.

PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Alan M. Nazarro led the oathtaking and ceremonial donning of ranks on the six newly promoted police commissioned officers in this camp on Wednesday, June 26.

They were Lt. Colonels Zaldy A. Cagampang, Rodel R. Dorado, Junalyn B. Suan, Raymund C. Morillo, Randy Rajah V. Ramos, and Xylyne G. Agatep.

Their promotion was effective June 21.

Nazarro said their promotion is the beginning of a new chapter in their careers.

“To the newly promoted officers, remember that ascending to the rank brings greater responsibilities and accountabilities,” he said. “Rest assured that you have the full confidence of the PRO-13 leadership, your fellow police officers, and the people around you.”

The event was witnessed by Caraga National Police Commission Director Rodel M. Calo, Surigao del Sur Vice Gov. Manuel O. Alameda Sr., and families of the promotees.
