10,000 jobs offered in Pasay City's Independence Day mega job fair

The city government of Pasay offered 10,000 jobs during its Independence Day mega job fair held at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, together with Congressman Antonino Calixto, led the opening of the mega job fair together with representatives from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Rubiano said 60 partner companies joined the job fair while a one-stop-shop kiosk from national agencies was opened to help job seekers process the needed documents in their job applications.

“It is in this light that we are all optimistic na sa job fair natin ngayon, maraming magkakaroon ng trabaho. At eventually, marami ang giginhawa ang buhay. This is our priority, kasama sa HELP program natin (Through this job fair, more people will have jobs, and eventually, more lives will get better. This is part of our HELP program,” Rubiano said.
