Last Saturday, I just turned another year wiser, and this time around, I would like to share my secrets to youth, longevity, and staying power on this earth without getting sick physically, financially, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually. These are quotes from the father of medicine, the father of modern technology, saints,  professors, finance authors, and health websites. Getting sick sucks. With a healthy mind, body, and pocket, you can enjoy life on earth, dance, laugh, and have fun.

1. For your health, "Eat your food as your medicine. Otherwise, you will have to eat medicines as your food.”— Hippocrates (father of medicine). I start the day by juicing seven green vegetables. They taste bitter, but medicines don’t taste great either. I added an apple and a carrot so it could taste yummy.

2. For your healing and good sleep – “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” – Nicolas Tesla  (father of modern technology). Let me explain this with another quote from Professor Jim Donavan: “Frequency healing taps into the power of sound vibrations to address various concerns. Encouragingly, an expanding collection of credible scientific studies backs the health advantages of sound-based healing. The benefits encompass enhanced brain function and neurogenesis, diminished stress and anxiety levels, alleviation of pain, enhanced sleep patterns, uplifted mood, and decreased inflammation.” I use a frequency wand that emits a particular frequency for healing and promotes better sleep. 3. For my healthy skin and body – I drink this electrolytically-reduced, hydrogen-rich water because it restores my body to a more alkaline state. It helps provide better hydration and helps me with my energy and focus. This water helps me to neutralize the acid in my body - counteracting the effects of eating acidic foods. It aids in my weight loss by cleansing my colon. This water boosts my immune system. Ever since I started using this water, I hardly get sick anymore. Again, you can email me at [email protected] to learn more about it.

4. For your mental health – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." – (Philippians 4: 6 ) In addition, I think of thoughts that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Anything excellent or praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8-9)

5. For your stubborn fats – “Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern in which you cycle between eating and fasting periods. There are many types of intermittent fasting, such as the 16:8 and 5:2 (fasting for 16 hours and eating for eight hours and fasting for five hours and eating for two hours methods) . Numerous studies suggest that it can benefit your body and brain. Here are 10 evidence-based health benefits of intermittent fasting. Here are some changes that may happen in your body due to intermittent fasting: 1) Insulin level: Your blood level of insulin drops significantly, which promotes fat burning. 2) Human growth hormone (HGH) level: Your blood level of HGH may increase dramatically. Higher levels of this hormone promote fat-burning and muscle gain and have numerous other benefits. 3) Cellular repair: Your body starts important cellular repair processes, such as removing cell waste. 4) Gene expression: Beneficial changes occur in several genes and molecules related to longevity and protection against disease. Many benefits of intermittent fasting are related to these changes in hormones, cellular function, and gene expression. (healthline.com).

6. Lastly, for healthy pockets - “A person can be highly educated, professionally successful, and financially illiterate.” Robert Kiyosaki Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. Educational achievements and professional success do not guarantee financial literacy. This quote underscores the importance of financial education as a distinct and crucial skill set. I have become financially literate late in life, leading to poor decisions regarding money. Financial literacy will help you not be scammed and will teach you to save your money instead of spending it on things you don’t need. This will also help you build generational wealth for your children. Read books and enroll in courses. There are a lot of courses on YouTube. Just be aware not to be scammed. There are a lot of scammers on YouTube as well.
