Coming out with a black highlighter is a surprise addition to the newest Stabilo Boss Original color range. The most common color for highlighters is yellow because it is bright and vivid which brings attention to the written text. The black highlighter, however, is ideal for hiding, striking through, and underlining text.

The new Stabilo Nature Color highlighter collection introduces six nature-inspired colors and black.

With today’s use of highlighters in hand lettering, sketching, shading, and adding colors, the black marker is proving to be a useful and versatile tool. Its rich and deep black ink allows smooth and precise lines, making it ideal for shading, adding depth, and creating striking contrasts to any creative project.

“Whether you’re sketching, illustrating, or working on mixed-media projects, the black marker offers endless possibilities for expressing your creativity,” says Mun Kit Leong, head of regional marketing and product management for Stabilo.

The black marker is just one of the unique colors of the Nature Colors collection by Stabilo which includes natural tones such as beige, sienna, umber, warm grey, Earth green, and mud green.

“Stabilo has taken inspiration for this color range from the interior design and fashion industries, where natural tones have become a prevailing trend. These new colors reflect the ubiquitous nature-inspired palettes found in contemporary design and fashion, allowing users to stay on-trend and express their creativity with a harmonious color scheme,” Leong continues. “This exciting addition to the range aims to cater to the needs of creative individuals, hobby artists, students, fans of muted highlighters, and trend-savvy individuals who seek a touch of elegance in their daily lives.”
