Three suspected drug pushers were arrested by Angono police following a buy-bust operation at Sitio Kulot in Barangay Mahabang Parang, Angono.
Angono police reported to Rizal Police Provincial Office Director Col. Felipe Maraggun the confiscated eight sachets containing 45 grams of suspected shabu worth P306,000 around 3 p.m. on May 3.
Angono Police Chief Maj. Lauro Moratillo said the police operation occurred following the strong directive of the PPO director to continue to go after illegal drug pushers in the province as part of the program of the Philippine National Police.
The three suspects, tagged as alias Mata, 36; alias Paret, 36; and alias Berwin, 45 were immediately brought to the Angono police custodial facility while charges of violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were being prepared for filing.
