CEB sets direct flights to Kaohsiung

Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced it will fly direct to Kaohsiung, Taiwan's second biggest city, starting August this year.

Manila to Kaoshiung flights will operate thrice weekly, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from Aug. 16 onwards.

To celebrate the inaugural flights, the airline has launched a Piso sale offer, wherein travelers may book flights to Kaohsiung for as low as P1 one-way base fare from May 30 to June 13.

Travel period covered in the promo is from Aug. 16 to Oct. 25, 2024. The Piso fare does not include other fees and surcharges.

“We are very excited to launch direct flights to the wonderful city of Kaohsiung. With the growing interest among passengers to travel to new destinations, we hope that this launch will encourage them to add another destination to their itinerary or cross off one they've been looking to visit,” said CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Xander Lao.

Kaohsiung is Taiwan's port city to the South. It will be the second destination operated by CEB in Taiwan, with the first being its twice daily flights from Manila to Taipei.
