An interactive farm by The Holy Carabao School offers guided tours and activities about agriculture. A Sky Walk with 17-meter high ropes, designed by Kristallturm, and Calle Bistro’s delicious food are among the attractions at Eco Wonder Park, opening in the 4th quarter of the year.

Located at Third Space Makiling in Barangay Real, Calamba, Laguna, it aims to be a haven for family and friends. Visitors can reconnect with nature, enjoy adventure and relaxation, and create lasting memories.

Owned and developed by Pricewide, Inc., Third Space recently held a groundbreaking ceremony attended by esteemed guests, partners, and future patrons who share the vision of creating a space for connection, adventure, and nature appreciation.

Led by Calamba Mayor Roseller Rizal, the event highlighted strong support from the City Government and the project's positive local impact. City Administrator Johnny Pamuspusan, Public Order and Safety Office Head Col. Conrado Masongsong, City Tourism Officer Karla Boholano, and Real Brgy. Captain Florencio Morales, Jr. also attended.

“I am so grateful to our partners for this development. The City of Calamba fully supports this initiative. We will work together to bring this project to life, helping the community, tourism, and economy, and working with us in responsibly improving our environment,” said Hon. Mayor Roseller Rizal during his welcome message.    

Pricewide, Inc. representatives: AVP for Corporate Planning Diana Huang, AVP for Finance Cynthia Dizon, Corporate Marketing Head Chie Arao-Santos, Leasing Manager Cristy Nebril, and Operations Manager Ronelo Alvarez welcomed them.

“The EcoWonder Park at Third Space Makiling transcends the concept of a park, transforming into an educational and experiential haven for the community. Here, visitors of all ages can immerse themselves in nature, embark on exciting adventures, and discover valuable knowledge through exciting activities. forge connections that deepen their appreciation for nature, and build lasting bonds through shared experiences," says Pricewide, Inc. Corporate Marketing Head Chie Arao-Santos.

Also present was Holy Carabao School Co founder Melanie Go who shared that “this project brings back the connection to self the family and the community. We aim to provide a place for visitors and residents of Calamba a place to relax, celebrate, and create new memories.”   

This 12-hectare haven, nestled at the foot of the majestic Mount Makiling, is inspired by Ray Oldenburg's "Third Place" theory. It aims to be a vibrant community hub where people can gather, unwind, and reconnect with the beauty of nature.

A Multifaceted EcoWonder Park for All Ages

EcoWonder Park promises a variety of experiences. The interactive farm by The Holy Carabao School offers guided tours and activities like horseback riding, vegetable picking, and carabao cart rides. Thrill-seekers can challenge themselves on the 17-meter-high ropes course at The Sky Walk, designed by Kristallturm. After exploring, visitors can unwind and enjoy delicious food at Calle Bistro, which caters to all tastes, from casual bites to fine dining.

EcoWonder Park aims to be a haven for families and friends to create lasting memories, reconnect with nature, and enjoy both adventure and relaxation. It is set to open in the 4th quarter of this year.
