Man shoots bully neighbor dead in Isabela

SAN MARIANO, Isabela â€“ Police arrested a man on Tuesday, May 21, for allegedly shooting his bully neighbor to death in Barangay Dibuluan here on Monday, May 20.

Police Major Francis Pattad, San Mariano chief of police, identified the victim as Reynaldo Alfante of Barangay Minanga, San Mariano.

Pattad said Alfante was riding a tricycle after attending a barangay fiesta when the suspect, Domingo Baraquio, appeared and shot him.

Alfante died on the spot from multiple bullet wounds.

Pattad said revenge was the motive of the incident as the victim allegedly often mauled the suspect.

The murder weapon, a caliber .45 pistol, was recovered from the suspect.
