The brand has always been engaged in initiatives promoting the beauty of the Philippines through photography like the Manila Bulletin’s Earth + Lens annual photo exhibit, where HUAWEI has always been the official smartphone camera partner since its inception in 2018. This year, HUAWEI presents the “Moment of Eternal” campaign that aims to showcase the beauty and diversity of Filipino culture and create a timeless narrative that speaks to the heart of the Filipino spirit.
HUAWEI has partnered with the professional photography organization Fotomoto, VOGUE Philippines, and the longest running newspaper in the country, Manila Bulletin, to ensure the success of mounting this initiative and of creating a collection of outstanding images that will authentically represent the richness of Filipino culture.
Similar to the previous project partnership with Manila Bulletin, HUAWEI will enable this year’s content producers Jan Mayo, a professional photographer, Silver Belen, commercial, film and digital video director, and Manila Bulletin photojournalists Noel Pabalate and Keith Bacongco to capture moments through its latest smartphone innovation, the HUAWEI Pura 70 Series, with the HUAWEI Pura 70 Ultra as its flagship model. This series is the revamped and rebranded HUAWEI P-series that aims to enable users to better express their creativity and harness these to push their limits, by blending the most advanced imaging technology and modern design innovations to its smartphone products.
The HUAWEI Pura 70 Series continues the brand legacy with its exceptional camera system that breaks boundaries. It boasts cutting-edge features like Ultra Speed Snapshot, allowing users to capture clear photos of fast-moving subjects at speeds of up to 300 kph. Its Telephoto Macro Shot offers a remarkable 5 cm super close focus and 35x macro, revealing intricate details of tiny objects, even those invisible to the naked eye. While its Portrait Shot (2x or 3.5x) feature produces excellent results indoors, outdoors, and even in low light conditions. These features make the Pura 70 Ultra capable and an excellent tool to emphasize the grandeur of every moment that will be showcased in the Moment of Eternal photo exhibit.

As part of the grand launch of the HUAWEI Pura 70 Series, HUAWEI is rolling out a multifaceted campaign events including Fashion Forward, HUAWEI Gala Night on May 23, on the First Sales Day, where key opinion leaders and prominent individuals will share impressions and insights on HUAWEI Pura Series.
Following this event, the campaign will extend its celebration of art, culture, and fashion through a museum photo exhibit and X-Mage Film Festival. The goal is to spread the artistic and cultural significance of the HUAWEI Pura 70 Series through a museum photo exhibit, through Earth + Lens and Mall tours across the Philippines.
