Dexterton launches kitchen fixtures brand Blanco

Customized kitchens make the best dishes

The kitchen is the heart of any culinary creativity. Some say it reflects the personality of the cook. But without a captivating space to call your own, it's hard to feel inspired to prepare a dish that Michelin star-awarded restaurants would envy.

Dexterton unveiled Blanco, a sinks and mixer taps brand since 1925, at Dexterton Bonifacio Global City on Tuesday, May 7, to help buyers personalize their cooking areas with a minimalist touch.

The selection features eight contrasting sink colors and eight matching tap colors that help bring life to the kitchen. Blanco's sinks are also crafted with multiple layers, ensuring durability that can withstand Filipino fiestas and heavy cooking demands.

“We hope and trust that this provides you as design professionals with the tools and solutions you need to bring your vision to life and create kitchen spaces that are both beautiful and functional,” said Blanco Managing Director Lars Myrup.

The kitchen fixtures brand is launching a “very special edition” sink to celebrate its centennial in 2025.

Meanwhile, in terms of sustainability, Myrup said that it is embedded in their operations as it is the brand’s “ticket to be allowed to play.”

“Weeks ago, we published our first sustainability report. We have to publicize our CO2 footprint, waste, impact on the local community, and what we have on factories. So we have to think about sustainability in everything we do.”

Blanco is reshaping kitchens, sink by sink, empowering owners to create cooking spaces that reflect the owner’s style. With the brand, kitchens aren't just for cooking anymore — they're avenues for self-expression.
