Former Pampanga 2nd district Rep. Juan Miguel "Mikey" Arroyo took to the Facebook Friday, April 5 to give a touching birthday greeting to his mother, former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. 

"Happy birthday mamam. 🎂🎉🥂🎈 I will always be proud to be your son and forever thank God for it 🙏," Mikey wrote on the occasion of his mom's 76th birthday.

The elder Arroyo is currently Pampanga 2nd district congresswoman. She is also a former House Speaker. 

She served as Philippine president from 2001 to 2010.
