Bohol Gov. Aris Aumentado led the recent turnover of the newly constructed house to the family of Sofronio Villareal in Barangay Can-omay.

Aumentado and his wife, Bohol Rep. Vanessa Aumentado, have been supporting the LAB project by shelling out their personal resources for the construction of new houses to chosen beneficiaries.

The BPPO, headed by provincial director Police Col. Lorenzo Batuan, chooses the beneficiaries based on the
qualifications that it has set.

The Villareal family is the 16th beneficiary of the LAB project.

“Me and Congresswoman Vanvan Aumentado are thankful for this partnership with the BPPO,” said the governor, who also handed over financial assistance to the Villareal family.

Aumentado assured that he will continue to support the projects to enable deserving Boholanos to have decent dwellings to live in.

“We will actively support this because we saw the value of this project. Through this project, we are able to provide new hope to the community,” said Aumentado.
